Hey! I'm Alexandra!

Whilst working as a full time makeup artist, I fell out of love with the beauty industry and found myself wondering where I wanted to go forward in life.

I decided to trade in my makeup brushes for a whisk and take the plunge into the sweeter side of life... I’ve been a fully qualified pastry chef for 6 years and whilst working in production kitchens, I found myself always drawn to the creative side of celebration cakes and buttercream.

I’ve always loved food and with having a chef/cake decorator for a Mother, it was only natural that I found my happy place in cake producing and decorating. Cake keeps me up at night, always inspired to try new flavours and techniques for others to love and share.

I’m really excited to finally launch my business and I have one goal in mind; for those who try my cakes to fall inlove and ask for seconds, “Hey, Save Me Some!”.
